Does the space have beds/rooms?
Urban Lounge is a shared lounge/cowork with armchairs and chaise longues. We don’t have rooms or beds.
Does it include buffet/alcoholic beverages?
We don’t serve food, but we have partnerships with restaurants that make delivery at no extra cost and 10% discount.
What’s already included: Water, tea, coffee, soda and snacks.
Do we have partnerships with credit cards?
We have partnerships with RappiCard (1 hour access), Priority Pass, and Lounge Key (3 hours access). To access via Lounge Key or Priority Pass, a boarding pass with a departing flight from Guarulhos Airport is also required, meaning it’s not possible to access if you’re only arriving. We recommend contacting your bank directly to verify if you have free/unlimited access to our Lounge.
Do we accept payment in Dollars/Euro?
On our website we only accept payment via credit card. At the front desk we accept: credit/debit card and cash (Real).

Fiquei no Sleep Lounge e consegui dormir tranquilamente, tem alguns snacks, café e bebidas na parte comum, e ainda pode tomar uma ducha caso precise, disponibilizam toalhas e produtos de higiene.
